Title: Bedford: The Town They Left Behind

The Johnson Group produced a documentary film which combines historical photographs, archival footage, and interviews shot around the world in an effort to bring light to the sacriûce of the small town of Bedford, Virginia - the community that lost more men per capita on D-Day than any other in America. RHED Pixel lent its talents to the documentary by providing 3D Motion Control treatments to over 70 historical photographs featured in the ûlm. By dividing a still image into distinct layers and then moving a virtual camera around those layers the same still photos now possess a distinct and dynamic storytelling ability. RHED Pixel is a pioneer in this area and one of the only in the region to offer this capability.
