Bob is an entrepreneur and principal owner of a technology-based operational management resource company. He was a senior administrative manager in the Fortune 500 environment with twenty plus years of operational and financial management experience. He has an established history of responsibility across multiple functions ranging from field line management to profit and loss objectives.
As one of the principal owners of Jennico Resources, Inc., he is the managing partner responsible for operational management and strategic marketing. He coordinates and manages all contracts and resources including all consultants and sub-contractors and manages all government contracts through the Jennico GSA schedule contract. Bob has a specialized focus on quality processes and business process documentation and operational process improvement.
On a day to day basis Bob is responsible for the operations and business development; manages daily project activities and staff, client interface, and new business development; integrates business opportunities in the area of training, human performance, marketing communications, and outsourcing services; and manages the strategic alliances, corporate interface, and proposal development.
Bob's company holds government contracts with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and the U.S. Department of Justice, a governmental contract in Florida, and seven commercial contracts across the U.S.
Prior to incorporting his own company, Jennico Resources, Inc. in 1994, Bob was employed by Xerox Corporation, Star Mountain, Inc., Orlando Division Universal Systems Incorporated, and Eastern Nebraska Human Services Agency.
Bob has a Master's of Science and a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Nebraska and studied Advanced Management Principles from the University of Miami.
Bob is married to Christina C. Boffi, has two grown and married children, and six grandchildren.
