Our casual office setting is a relaxing place to step away to; here ideas flow freely and we’re constantly looking to engage the audience with new approaches. We’re also steps ahead of most others when it comes to technology (and the knowledge to use it).
Our team works in all facets of production: from writing a compelling script and bringing out our camera crews, to creating custom motion graphics and putting your finished video on the web for many to enjoy.
We truly believe in the power of visual communications and we scale our tools and technology to meet each project’s goals within budget, scope, and schedule. We have produced national television commercials that were shot on film and aired extensively. Yet, we have also helped nonprofit organizations design small outreach programs that engage a targeted audience.

After 12 years of working in the graphic design and video industry, Richard Harrington set off to found his own group and is giving design lessons. His goal was to harness the new generation of digital video tools to bring high-quality media production to a broad audience. In 1999, Richard Harrington Video opened its doors, offering video production, multimedia, and consulting services to a wide range of clients.
As the company grew in size and scope, a name change seemed like a logical step…and RHED Pixel was born. RHED is an acronym for Richard Harrington Electronic Design. This encapsulated the core services of the company. The word pixel is a portmanteau for picture element, the building block of the visual communications industry.
In a similar sense, we believe our team’s strength lies in how our staff’s talents blend together to give each of our projects a creative and unique identity.
